Transformer Couch - 3 Piece Modular Sectional Sofa

I could probably copy paste a lot of the last reviews.

We bought our couch in may 2022 and we were supposed to get it by the end of August. When I did a follow-up, they said that the fabric was late for another month. Then on my next follow-up, they said it was discontinued so I had to change the colour. I ordered dark grey (mineral) and changed to rust (darker brown), which was frustrating.

Some of the metal back holders had a very hard time to get in the slot as if it wasn't wide enough and too tight, but some of them went right in like a glove. I do not plan to use all the arm rests so I put them in the storage, but by doing that the storage doesn't close anymore. It's very ugly for the eye, but stay in place once the cushions are on top.

As for the U connects, I find it's not enough to keep the couches together, they move back and forth a lot, I am not sure having 2 U works better, because I tried it... but I don't seem to think of a solution. I would buy more U's tough in the meanwhile.

My last complaint is the wooden holders inside base of the couch to slip the metal in, are all popping appart one by one, maybe due to the weird tightness of it at the beginning? I am not sure. I am getting in touch with the company to see the solutions.

But... all this aside, i am very happy with all the possibilities it offers, the size, the comfort, the fact that i can wash it and change colour if i want.

I waited 20 years to find a couch like that (the pros i mentioned), so…

We bought (6) Transformer Couches after being very impressed with the Transformer Table, Transformer Bench & Transformer Coffee Table (in Siberian Birch)

Pros:

- Comfortable

- Beautiful

- Versatile (multiple configurations)

- Washable & stain resistant covers

- Light weight compared to other couches in the market

- Seems sturdy

Cons:

- (2) of the seats which sit on top of the box frame structures were too big to fit. One of them broke (See pictures)

- I ordered (2) Dove and (4) Rust colored couches. The Rust color was way too different from what is portayed on the website. It looks more like Taupe. This threw off our interior design style and the company cannot send a replacement. They did offer $150 credit instead.

- (2) of the throw pillows were underfilled and are very flimsy. Again, the company said that they are out of stock so I will have to wait for the replacement throw pillows.

- Customer service & the warranty team are a bit frustrating. Takes too long to reply and sometimes there's no accountability for the errors they committed. For example, my order was delayed for about 4 months because I ordered the Mineral and Storm fabrics (I was told they were on backorder). I was then was told that they were not selling them anymore so I had to change my order to the Dove & Rust fabrics (which from my issue above, the Rust-colored fabric was way too off compared to the one on their website).
