
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact page and include your order number. A team member will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RMA) number if the item is eligible. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once the RMA is approved, we will arrange for our carrier to pick up the item(s). The pickup must be scheduled within 14 days of RMA approval.
After the item(s) are returned, our team will inspect them to confirm they are in unused and unaltered condition and in the original packaging. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 3 to 7 business days.
If the products are not eligible for return, we will provide an explanation and photos showing the issue. Partial refunds may be issued if appropriate.

Store Credit
At Transformer Table, we want you to shop with complete confidence. While we strive to deliver premium products and a seamless experience, we understand that returns or adjustments may sometimes be needed. In those cases, we may issue store credit as a flexible way for you to make another purchase that better suits your needs.
Please note that store credit are not the same as gift cards. Instead, Transformer Table store credit is added directly to your customer account when a return, exchange, or service adjustment is processed. It cannot be purchased, transferred to another person, combined with another account, or exchanged for cash, and it is only valid for purchases made through our official website.
All store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The expiration date will always be clearly displayed when your credit is issued, and you’ll see reminders in your account dashboard or in communications from our team.
Any unused balance will automatically expire after this time. We’re committed to making every part of your experience with Transformer Table simple and worry-free, and store credit is just one of the ways we stand behind our products.

30-Day Risk-Free Home Trial
At Transformer Table, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Risk-Free Home Trial. From the day your order is delivered, you’ll have 30 calendar days to decide if our products are right for your home—no questions asked, no hidden conditions. Items clearly marked as Final Sale are the only exceptions and are not eligible for return.
If you choose to return your order, the process is free and easy. Simply initiate your request through our self-serve return portal in your customer account. Our delivery partner will contact you within 3–7 business days to schedule a convenient pickup, and all items from your set purchase must be returned at once. Normal wear from at-home use during the trial is completely acceptable.
Refunds are handled with transparency and care. Standard refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process. If your purchase was made through a financing option, please allow up to 14 additional business days after we receive your return for the refund to be finalized. Throughout the process, you’ll be able to track your request and receive updates directly through our online portal.

Shipping and
Other Fees
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, brokerage fees, duties, and any applicable taxes related to returns. Transformer Table does not accept COD (cash on delivery) or collect deliveries.
All shipping and delivery fees associated with the original order, including storage and re-delivery charges, are non-refundable once services have been provided by the carrier.
