Deliveries
Delivery timeframes communicated by Transformer Table are estimates and dependent on many factors beyond its control, including but not limited to production delays, shipping delays, government delays and forces of nature. In no event shall Transformer Table be liable for deliveries going beyond the estimated timeframe.

Message frequency will vary. Transformer Table reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time, either increasing or decreasing the total number of sent messages. Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported and our messages may not be deliverable in all areas. Transformer Table, its service providers, and the mobile carriers supported by the program are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Warranties
Transformer Table offers a lifetime warranty ONLY, on the ball-bearing metal mechanism installed in their tables and benches.
Transformer Table also offers a one-year limited warranty* on all manufacturing defects incurred from the purchase of their products. (Exceptions may apply at the discretion of the Warranty Team)
Please ask and request a written proof of your coverage if you are concerned.
Transformer Table is not liable for any damages after the delivery, including normal wear and tear, cosmetic and minor defects due to packaging or unpackaging.
