1. Sponsor

The Transformer Table Giveaway is sponsored by Transformer Table Inc. located at 8555 Route Transcanadienne, Saint-Laurent, Quebec, Canada, H4S 1Z6  (“Sponsor”).

2. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on October 3, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. ET and ends on November 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Giveaway Period”). 

4. Eligibility

The giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate households are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

5. How to Enter

To enter, visit https://transformertable.com/pages/a-chance-to-win during the Giveaway Period and complete all required registration fields. Entries submitted through any other method will not be accepted. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address during the Giveaway Period. Entrants may not use multiple email addresses, identities, or accounts, or any script, bot, or automated means, to enter. Any attempt to obtain more than the stated number of entries will void all of that entrant's entries. If there is a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address used at entry. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the giveaway.

6. Prize

One winner will receive one Transformer Table Extendable Dining Table with an approximate retail value of $1,599 USD. The winner will select the table finish when notified. The prize does not include chairs, benches, sideboard, accessories, an extended warranty, or any other add-ons. The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

7. Winner Selection and Odds

After the Giveaway Period closes, one potential winner will be selected from among all eligible entries using a random draw on or about December 1, 2026. Draw will be performed by Sponsor or its designated representative. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification and Claim Process

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address, phone number, or other contact details provided at registration within 2 business days after selection. The potential winner must respond within 3 business days and may be required to complete eligibility, release, tax, publicity, or other documentation where lawful. Winner must return all completed documentation within 5 business days of transmission. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond in time, is found ineligible, declines the prize, or does not complete required documentation, Sponsor may select an alternate winner (up to 5 alternates, after which the prize may remain unawarded).

9. Delivery and Taxes

Sponsor will pay standard ground shipping charges for delivery of the prize to a physical street address within the contiguous 48 United States or the District of Columbia. If the winner's delivery address is in Alaska or Hawaii, or in any location where the carrier applies remote-area, extended-area, or similar surcharges, Sponsor will contribute up to the amount of standard ground shipping to a contiguous U.S. address, and the winner will be responsible for any additional cost. The winner will be told the amount before shipment and may decline the prize instead, in which case an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor is not responsible for any customs duties, brokerage fees, or import charges on the prize. Sponsor chooses the shipping method and carrier. Delivery must be to a physical street address (no P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses), and the winner must be available to receive the delivery. Sponsor is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. The winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes, and for any assembly, installation, or other costs not expressly stated as included. The winner may be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 and may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the approximate retail value of the prize, where required.

10. Publicity

Where permitted by law, by accepting the prize the winner grants Sponsor the right to use the winner’s name, city and state, likeness, submitted content, and prize information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. 

11. Privacy and Consent

Information collected through the landing page will be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, deliver the prize, comply with legal obligations, and, where consent is provided, send marketing communications. 12. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, legal requirements, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper operation of the giveaway. Sponsor may disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike, disruptive, or fraudulent manner. Social Media Platforms: This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, or any other social media platform. By entering, entrants release each such platform from any and all liability relating to the giveaway. Any questions, comments, or complaints about the giveaway must be directed to Sponsor, not to any social media platform.

13. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree that Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or garbled entries; technical, network, website, or platform errors; unauthorized human intervention; or any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

Except where prohibited by law, by entering, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the competent courts located in the judicial district of Montreal, Province of Quebec. Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred (if any), excluding attorneys' fees, and under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages.
