Earlier reviews complain about big boxes and too much packaging. This is no longer an issue as it comes fully disassembled. It took about 5 hours to put it all together, would take much longer if you use the terrible Allan key they included for assembly. You need either an electric screwdriver will an Allan key bit or a ratcheting Allan key to make this efficient (note even the most basic flat pack furniture on Amazon comes with a ratcheting Allan key but not this $3k+ set). The construction uses bolts and threaded connections that are either welded or glued to the frame. More than one of the threaded connections broke during assembly, meaning that I don’t have bolts in those location now. I have other missing bolts too as the hardware kit it shipped with had about 6 missing.
The cushions/covers are not labeled so there is a bit of guess work as to which goes where. This seems like a something that could be easily fixed. The cushions that you sit on are too thin on the main set, which means it’s hard to sit for long periods.
Despite all my complaining above the set does look really good, and it is comfortable for taller people (a previous review said it wasn’t). The wicker seems to be good quality and everything seems solid.
