I fell for the online advertising and looked at these desks dozens of times before caving in and buying one. Shipping and delivery were fine. Assembly wasnt done by me but I was told one of the screws didn't align with a hole. Otherwise the desk seems very sturdy and I love hiding my workspace. I did not use the sound bar and the srea for cords and wires could be larger. The only thing I'd change is which side the cords on. I wanted the desk under a window but had to settle for another wall because of where the outlets are. All in all I'm very satisfied and happy with my purchase. It's nighttime so my picture is dark but I loved closing the lid for the weekend and forgetting about work. Nobody would guess this is a desk when it's closed.

This desk is perfect for our needs. 2 x 24 inch monitors fit easily. We took out the speaker and used the space for the docking station. It opens and closes very smoothly. The mouse has to be on the side (as on open picture) so it won't touch the screens when closed. The desk is in an open room with living room and dining room. It was really important for us to be able to hide the workplace. This desk allows us to hide the clutter and completely forget about work. It looks so zen and clean when closed. Absolutly love this desk. Exactly what we needed. Thank you TT!!

I have been eyeing the desk for a long time. Finally pulled the trigger to buy it. Very glad I did.

That said, the product needs some re-engineering.

1. The built in area to hide cords is too narrow - the magnetic latches for the doors keep popping open. The area needs to be about 2 inches wider and there should be at least another magnet latch or two to keep it shut.

2. In the cord area, there is a power strip but with only 4 outlets. I needed 6 for my setup. Had to buy a short extension cord to make it work.

3. There are no holes to run monitor and computer cables from the desk area into the cord area. I bought grommets and a drill bit on Amazon and then drilled hole so I could add three grommeted holes for cords.

4. There is no easily accessable area to access cords when sitting at the desk. I drilled a fourth hole to add a grommet outlet with usb connections to charge devices.

5. I also bought two rechargeable under cabinet lights that attach with magnets to light the desk.

I would prefer the features I added to the speaker that came with it.

With some creativity, you too can make this your best desk ever. I hope the company makes some of my add ons standard.

I loved the idea - put my home office in the dining room without having any power cables showing.

In the video on the website, they show a possibility to route the power cord through the leg.

The is a prototype. In the delivered version, you will have dangling cords and have to very thoughtful about cable routing, as the cable tray is tiny and barely fits a high quality power bar.

Also, in the EU, the "power cord" shown in the instructions is not included.

The included soundbar is a nice gesture. Not needed or worth whatever money we paid for it (considering the desk costs more than 1k$/€).

Do not recommend in this version.
