Transformer Couch

We are liking it very much. I needed something to fit in a small space - namely the wall to door was only 36" so after looking about, these were narrow enough to fit the bill. I am glad each chair comes with all the parts so we can configure how we want them - still working on that, as well as decorating; my dilemma now is what to do with the extra parts I am not using right now. I got too much for my space so I tried a piece out in another room.

Very nice, we ordered midnight color and it's more blue/teal than black but very pretty. The back and arms done slide into the lights as easy as shown in the video, but good quality couch. Each section is more like a 1.5 person seat instead of 1 person, nice surprise. Delivery took longer than expected and they brought the boxes in and left, I was led to believe they opened everything up and assembled it, but that didn't happen.

I could probably copy paste a lot of the last reviews.

We bought our couch in may 2022 and we were supposed to get it by the end of August. When I did a follow-up, they said that the fabric was late for another month. Then on my next follow-up, they said it was discontinued so I had to change the colour. I ordered dark grey (mineral) and changed to rust (darker brown), which was frustrating.

Some of the metal back holders had a very hard time to get in the slot as if it wasn't wide enough and too tight, but some of them went right in like a glove. I do not plan to use all the arm rests so I put them in the storage, but by doing that the storage doesn't close anymore. It's very ugly for the eye, but stay in place once the cushions are on top.

As for the U connects, I find it's not enough to keep the couches together, they move back and forth a lot, I am not sure having 2 U works better, because I tried it... but I don't seem to think of a solution. I would buy more U's tough in the meanwhile.

My last complaint is the wooden holders inside base of the couch to slip the metal in, are all popping appart one by one, maybe due to the weird tightness of it at the beginning? I am not sure. I am getting in touch with the company to see the solutions.

But... all this aside, i am very happy with all the possibilities it offers, the size, the comfort, the fact that i can wash it and change colour if i want.

I waited 20 years to find a couch like that (the pros i mentioned), so…
