Transformer Table

The Polystyrene coating on the table has yellowed the Canadian Birch stain.  Instead of looking white it's more like a white-yellow color. I’ve updated the lighting in the room to a Daylight white but that didn’t help. The side and legs of the table look like the white Canadian Birch and still match the chairs as they don't have the coating I'm guessing.  The table itself has no damage from shipping, packaging was well done.  Some panels don’t fit well due to hardware alignment.  Some had white stain in them so they wouldn’t fit, I had to sand them out so the pins would fit correctly. 

We have a small space, but a fair amount of people that are here for holidays and other celebrations. We needed to have a table that could accommodate everyone, but also not take up all the space, when they are not around. I love to be able to make the table much smaller and give us more space during the rest of the time, when we are not feeding a crowd. The ease with opening up and closing up the table is also something I appreciate.

I was disappointed in the lack of smoothness of the table. I did not want the texture on the table top, and I did not see in the description about the texture.

There was a chip on the inside of one of the legs, when the table arrived. I contacted the warranty department, and I was offered a reimbursement for that. I have yet to receive that, but appreciated that they were prompt in their response. Hopefully, there is follow through on their part with this.

Overall, I am pleased with this table.
