    Tranformer table to make my smaller new home perfect

    It perfectly elevates my home. I recently purchased a small home it is so nice to be able to “transform” the table to fit the number of family and guests attending a meal. After my guests leave the table closes back to a smaller space saving size. Thank you for assisting with the warehouse delivery delay.

    Table and bench quality

    The table and bench are an outstanding quality! Easy to unbox, no assembly, and packaged for shipping really well. The customer service on the other hand leaves much to be desired! Seems to be AI generated responses, almost impossible to get a response from a human, and the same for the delivery company. All the headache of the customer service though dissipates with the arrival (finally) of such an outstanding furniture group.

    Table

    My chairs were delivered first. They were packaged incredibly well. Easy to put together and very sturdy. The table came 2 weeks later and again, very well packed. We are extremely happy with it. It's well made and sturdy as well. Can't wait to have all my family for Christmas

    Awesome addition to our new home

    We found out we were hosting a huge Thanksgiving dinner at our new home so we needed tables and chairs ASAP! I've always liked the Transformer Table but did not have the space in our old home. Now, its the perfect fit for our basement Entertainment area where my husband will host Poker Night! It's well made and very sturdy. We love the dark walnut color! Matches our wood floors. This was a great buy!

    We got the table, the bench, the coffee table (for storage) and 6 chairs!

    Honest review and shortcomings if any

    Quality seems excellent. Perfect fit for what I need and size. They can do better on the assembly if the chairs. Really annoying the size of allen keys not facilitating the assembly of the chairs. I am sure they will improve if they look into it. Not very user friendly having to lift the Allen key every 1/3 of a turn of the screw. Aesthetically good but engineering should improve the assembly of the chairs. Table and bench 9/10. Chair assembly 6/10. I wish my wife would have agreed to benches instead of a mix of both but happy to see in hindsight that she should have. Only small issue with the table is that the snap hardware that secures the leaves together is very very hard to snap and un-snap for assembly and disassembly. I mean that had to use a flat screwdriver to unsnap it because fits y leave I hurt my fingers. I am a 55 yr old male and it shouldn’t be so painful. Otherwise 10/10.
