What are the dimensions of the Nova extendable dining table?

The Nova extendable dining table is designed to shift seamlessly between everyday use and larger gatherings. In its closed configuration, it measures 43.9″ × 43.9″, creating a compact square footprint that works well for daily dining. When fully extended, the table reaches 104.1″ in length and 43.9″ in width, comfortably seating up to ten people. Across every configuration, the table maintains a consistent height of 30.1″ for comfortable, ergonomic dining.

How do I clean my Nova extendable dining table?

To clean your Nova extendable dining table, start with regular, gentle care. For everyday maintenance, wipe the surface with a soft, slightly damp cloth to remove dust and spills. When needed, use a mild soap diluted in water, then follow with a clean, dry cloth to prevent moisture from lingering on your extendable table. Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or scouring pads, as they can damage the finish over time. Additionally, using coasters, placemats, and trivets helps protect the surface and preserves the extendable table’s appearance through years of daily use and gatherings.

How do I protect my wood dining table from scratches?

Protecting your wood dining table starts with a few simple, consistent habits. Begin by using placemats, coasters, and trivets to shield the surface from heat, moisture, and everyday friction. When serving or decorating, lift objects rather than sliding them across the extendable table to avoid fine scratches. It is also helpful to keep the surface clean, as dust and grit can act like abrasives over time. After all, a little everyday care goes a long way in keeping the surface smooth, protected, and ready for years of use.

Information

What is an extendable dining table?

An extendable dining table is designed to adapt as your needs change, expanding to seat more guests while remaining compact for everyday living. Featuring extension panels and a seamless expansion mechanism, it allows one extendable table to support both intimate meals and larger gatherings without taking over your space. The Nova Dining Table, for example, expands from seating two to ten people, transforming effortlessly as guests arrive. This flexibility makes an extendable dining table ideal for modern homes that value thoughtful design, comfort, and the freedom to host with ease.

What are the benefits of an extendable dining table?

The main benefit of an extendable dining table is flexibility without compromise. It allows your dining space to remain open and refined for everyday use, then expand effortlessly when guests arrive. Moreover, an extendable dining table reduces the need for extra furniture, keeps seating cohesive, and adapts to gatherings of different sizes with ease. Designed to evolve with your home, extendable tables support everything from quiet daily meals to full celebrations, offering long-term value, thoughtful design, and a dining experience that grows alongside your life.

What size dining table do I need to buy?

When choosing a dining table, start by considering both your space and how many people you host regularly. Measure your dining area and allow 36–48″ of clearance around the table so chairs can move comfortably. The next step is to think about daily use versus special occasions. An extendable dining table offers the most flexibility, staying compact for everyday meals while expanding when guests arrive. The Nova Dining Table, for example, adjusts easily from seating two to 10 people, making it ideal for homes that want openness day to day without limiting their ability to host when it matters.

I love my new table
This table is huge and very easy to make it bigger or smaller. Wipes off very nicely. It is also very sturdy. I’m very happy with my purchase. I ordered the smoked hickory. It is very sharp looking colour.

Great table!!
We traded our old traditional dining room table from early 1990's and we love the ease of changing the length that we need. We bought the benches too, so we didn't have to store all the chairs!! It is a great product.
